Meet the Doctor
Dr. Noel Plasker has spent nearly 30 years helping individuals and families experience the life-changing benefits of chiropractic care. A graduate of Life University with a passion for neurologically focused health, he opened his first practice 27 years ago in the small town of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey. His dream was simple—to create a welcoming office where he could care for generations of families while raising his own family in the same community.
That vision became a reality.
Over the years, Dr. Noel became known not only as a trusted chiropractor, but also as a neighbor, educator, and friend. He has cared for thousands of patients, many of whom remained under chiropractic care for decades, and was honored to be recognized as one of New Jersey’s Top Doctors for five consecutive years. While those accolades are meaningful, Dr. Noel considers the lasting relationships he has built and the opportunity to watch families grow healthier together to be his greatest achievements.
As a 100 Year Lifestyle Affiliated Chiropractor, Dr. Noel believes that a healthy nervous system is the foundation for a healthy life. His goal is not simply to relieve symptoms, but to help people restore balance, improve function, and unlock their body’s natural ability to heal. He believes that every adjustment is an opportunity to create lasting change and that true wellness comes from caring for the whole person.
Today, Dr. Noel is excited to bring his experience and passion for chiropractic to Hudson Valley Chiropractic. His philosophy aligns beautifully with our mission of creating balance, ease, and flow by helping families reconnect with their body’s innate healing potential. Together with Dr. Emily, he is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care that empowers patients of every age to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
Outside the office, Dr. Noel enjoys giving back to the communities he serves. As he begins this new chapter in the Hudson Valley, he looks forward to building relationships throughout Ulster and Dutchess Counties and volunteering his chiropractic services to help make natural healthcare more accessible for everyone.
